About BeGlobal

Nardjes Laneche — DPSI Law

BeGlobal Compliant is built on 27 years of professional experience across international legal, corporate and energy environments, working with companies, documents, financial data, languages and counterparts from different countries.

This experience allows me to examine an international business situation from several perspectives at once: what the company is trying to achieve, what information is actually important, what needs to be prepared and how those elements need to be understood and communicated to different counterparts.

Professional Background

An experience at the intersection of different environments.

My professional experience has developed across international environments where business, documentary requirements, finance, legal and regulatory matters, languages and relationships between different cultures often meet.

These experiences taught me not to consider a document or an exchange as an isolated element. Whatever the task, it is also necessary to understand what the company is trying to achieve, identify the information that really matters in the given context, see what needs to be prepared and know, when necessary, which specialist or institution to involve.

This same approach — looking at a situation as a whole — now guides BeGlobal Compliant.

Why BeGlobal

Connecting the different
dimensions of internationalization.

International business rarely fits into a single question or a single area of expertise.

As part of its internationalisation, a company may need to understand a market, structure its information, review documents, prepare an exchange with a potential partner, understand a regulatory requirement or prepare for an important meeting... and sometimes several of these at once.

BeGlobal Compliant was designed to work in that space: connecting business understanding, documentary analysis, international preparation and multilingual communication around the situation in front of you.

Independent Professional Activity

Multilingual Language Strategy & Language Risk Management

International legal, financial, regulatory, energy and corporate environments

My professional work as an independent language professional has involved supporting international law firms, financial institutions and companies operating across borders in situations where language precision, documentary consistency and a proper understanding of context are essential. Over the years, I have worked on contracts, M&A documents, arbitration and litigation matters, due diligence documentation, financial reports, regulatory documents, procedures and corporate communications through translation, interpretation, review, post-editing and linguistic analysis.

Language Risk & Documentary Quality

  • / Identifying semantic inconsistencies, terminological drift and risks arising from differences between languages
  • / Analysing multilingual documents where wording may affect understanding or interpretation
  • / Human evaluation and oversight of AI-generated or AI-assisted content, including checking meaning shifts, terminology and interpretation risks

Specialised Translation & Terminology Governance

  • / Translation and review of legal, financial, regulatory and technical documents
  • / Creation and management of specialised terminology for large multilingual document sets
  • / Work across banking, fintech, energy and business law environments

This experience taught me how companies actually work through their documents, procedures, processes and exchanges, but also how these different elements connect. Understanding what lies behind a document, how information fits into a process and how it moves from one counterpart to another gradually gave me the ability to connect the different aspects of a situation and develop an overall view, enriched by observing the professional practices of major international organisations.

From Experience to BeGlobal

Connecting the different dimensions of internationalization.

My professional background allows me to approach an internationalisation project not from a single discipline, but through the following complementary perspectives:

01 · Business

Understand the Objective

Understand what the company is trying to achieve, how an international relationship fits into its business and what needs to be put in place for an opportunity to move forward.

02 · Information

Research & Structure Information

Research, analyse, compare and structure commercial, documentary and institutional information so that it can be understood, assessed and used both locally and internationally.

03 · Legal & Regulatory Context

Identify What Needs to Be Verified

Understand the legal and regulatory context surrounding a situation, identify relevant requirements and recognise the points that require legal, professional or institutional verification.

04 · Languages & Communication

Make Information Accessible

Facilitate communication across languages and professional contexts, taking into account the terminology, documentation and contextual understanding needed for important information to remain clear to each counterpart.

This is the perspective behind the BeGlobal Compliant method: connecting business, information, documents, languages and international relationships around the project you want to develop.
